The CSV exports above are readable spreadsheets of just invoices or just prescriptions. The full database backup above is the raw file the app itself uses — restoring from it (by uploading it back into data/invoices.db) brings back everything exactly as it was, including doctors, item catalog, and settings, which the CSVs don't capture.
